In my role, I lead a global team responsible for overseeing accommodation solutions exclusively for major sports and esports events and organizations. Our mission is to leverage our worldwide hotel portfolio to develop tailored accommodation solutions that meet the specific needs, operational standards, and budget expectations of the sports industry. We manage the entire accommodation strategy, from hotel sourcing and selection to contracting and operational coordination. Our objective is to ensure that each event runs smoothly while guaranteeing that both our hotels and our clients feel fully supported throughout the entire process from the initial bidding phase to final invoicing and payment. We act as the bridge between the hospitality industry and the sports ecosystem, ensuring that our service standards are upheld and that every stakeholder receives the level of quality, reliability, and expertise expected for major sports and esports events.
