As a Business Development Manager at Warwick Conferences, my role focuses on developing relationships within the sporting sector and attracting major sporting events to the University of Warwick. I work closely with governing bodies, event organisers and rights holders to position the University as a venue of choice for conferences, training camps, meetings and major sporting events. This involves understanding the needs of each organisation, creating tailored event solutions and showcasing the unique benefits of Warwick’s campus — from world-class sporting facilities and accommodation to flexible conference spaces. My role is about building long-term partnerships and helping bring events to Warwick that inspire collaboration, learning and community within the world of sport.
